水中微量锰动力学法测定条件的正交设计选择

摘要 [目的]建立测定水中微量锰的催化动力学光度法。[方法]选择Mn2+测定的温度、时间、缓冲液量和高碘酸钾量为影响因素,分别设置不同水平。利用正交设计模型选择最佳组合的实验条件。[结果]检测的最佳组合条件为:加缓冲液3.0 ml,高碘酸钾溶液1.5 ml,实验温度40℃时反应15 min。线性相关系数为0.998。方法精密度的变异系数为11.3%,回收率为98.2%~103.5%。[结论]建立测定水中微量锰的方法、线性、精密度和回收率令人满意。方法可行。 [Objective]To establish a catalysis dynamics photometry model for determination of the micro amount of Mn in the water.[Methods]Different influencing factors were selected including temperature,time,the amount of balanced solution and the amount of periodate potassium of determining Mn(2+) and to design different levels of those influencing factors respectively in order to determine the best combination experimental criteria according to the orthogonal design model.[Results]The best combination experimental criteria were:balanced solution 3.0 ml,periodate potassium solution 1.5 ml,experimental temperature 40 ℃,time 15 min.Linear correlation coefficient was 0.998.Coefficient variation of the method precision was 11.3%,the recovery rate was between 98.2% and 103.5%.[Conclusion]Using the orthogonal design model may select the best combination experimental criteria to satisfy the need of determination of micro amount of Mn in the water.
