2005～2009年河池市医疗机构消毒质量监测资料分析

Analysis on Surveillance Data of Disinfection Quality among Medical Institutions in Hechi City,2005-2009

[目的]了解河池市医疗机构的消毒状况,以便采取措施改进消毒工作。[方法]对2005～2009年河池市各级医疗机构的环境空气、物体表面、医护人员的手、使用中的消毒液等检测资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2009年合计检测各类样品5 586份,平均合格率为91.24%,各年合格率分别为90.30%、90.63%、90.76%、92.02%、93.24%(P<0.01)。平均合格率,市级医院为94.75%、县级医院为90.85%、个体诊所为88.39%(P<0.01);器械浸泡液为100.00%、使用中的消毒剂为99.73%、一次性使用医疗用品为93.54%、医护人员手为93.06%、物体表面为87.26%、灭菌物品为85.03%、空气为69.94%、使用中棉签为46.30%(P<0.01)。[结论]河池市医疗机构消毒效果呈逐年上升趋势,但需加强对个体诊所和部分消毒对象的消毒监督检测工作。

[Objective]To understand the disinfecting conditions of Hechi city＇s medical institution,so as to take measures to improve disinfection.[Methods]Analysis was made on the testing data of environmental air,object surfaces,the hands of medical staff,disinfection liquid in use in Hechi city＇s medical institutions,2005-2009.[Results]In 2005-2009,5 586 samples were detected,and the average passing rate was 91.24%,the passing rate of each year was 90.30%,90.63%,90.76%,92.02%,and 93.24%（P0.01）;the rate of city level＇s hospital was 94.75%,county level＇s hospital was 90.85%,individual clinic was 88.39%（P0.01）;the rate of soaking solution of instrument was 100.00%,disinfection liquid in use was 99.73%,time used medical product was 93.54%,the hands of health care was 93.06%,objects surface is 87.26%,sterilized item is 85.03%,air is 69.94%,using cotton was 46.30%（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Disinfection effects of Hechi city＇s medical institution is on an upward trend,but the monitoring should be strengthened on individual clinic and some disinfection objects.
