摘要
[目的]了解大连市甲型H1N1流感流行特征,为制定下一步的防控工作措施提供科学依据。[方法]对大连市2009年哨点医院监测病例和"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"报告的甲型H1N1流感病例进行描述性分析。[结果]2009年大连市报告甲型H1N1流感391例,其中重症及危重病例10例,死亡2例(病死率为0.51%)。6月18日出现首例输入性病例。9月13日报告首起学校聚集性病例,共发生聚集性病例39起,病情以轻症为主。哨点医院监测显示第38周的ILI%达到最高值为21.82%。[结论]大连市2009年甲型H1N1流感病例以轻症为主。加强流感样病例监测,及时发现流感新毒株,是下一步工作重点。
[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of H1N1 flu in Dalian city in 2009,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of prevention and control strategies and measures.[Methods]The H1N1 flu cases in Dalian city in 2009 were analyzed with China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.[Results]A total of 391 cases of H1N1 flu were reported in Dalian in 2009,including 10 severe and critical cases,2 patients died（CFR 0.51%）.The first case of local infection occurred on June 18 as well as the first outbreak case in school occurred on September 13.There were 39 outbreaks,all of them were not serious.The max maximum of ILI% was 21.82% at the 38th week.[Conclusion]H1N1 flu epidemic in Dalian City in 2009 is at the general level,so the most important job in the future is to strengthen surveillance to discover and control the epidemic.
