养阴清利法治疗难治性肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Yin Nourishing and Clearing Method in Treatment of Intractable Nephrotic Syndrome

为观察养阴清利法对激素不敏感或激素依赖型难治性肾病综合征（ＮＳ） 撤减激素的临床疗效，采用由太子参、女贞子、枸杞子、麦冬、生地黄、石苇、白花蛇舌草、银花、蝉蜕、益母草、川芎、菟丝子等药物组成的基本方治疗２８ 例ＮＳ患者，６ 个月为一疗程，观察１～２ 个疗程。结果：基本缓解７ 例，部分缓解１３ 例，无效８ 例，缓解率达７１ ．４ ％

In order to observe the clinical effect of the Yin Nourishing and Clearing Method after withdrawal and decrease or hormones in hormone insensitive or hormone dependent intractable nephrotic syndrome(NS),28 NS cases were treated with the basic formula composed of Radix Pseudostellariae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Fructus Lycii,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Folium Pyrrosiae,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Flos Lonicerae,Periostracum Cicadae,Herba Leonuri,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Semen Cuscutae,etc.with six months as one course of the treatments,for 1 to 2 courses of the treatments.The results showed basic relief in 7 cases,partial relief in 13 cases,failure in 8 cases and the relieving rate in 71 4%.
