学生参与新建本科高校图书馆管理的探索

On Students' Participation in Library Management of Newly-built Undergraduate University

新建本科高校图书馆馆藏文献资源大幅度增加、开放时间延长、服务功能增加而现有工作人员无法同步增加。建立图书协管员、读者协会会员和青年志愿者三支学生队伍的大学生参与图书馆管理的机制,并对完善此项工作提出建议。

Even with a marked increase of library＇s documents resources,extension of opening hours and perfection of service functions in newly-built undergraduate university,the current working staff in library can not be increased simultaneously.The paper puts forward a mechanism of establishing librarian assistants,members of readers association and youth volunteers,who will actively participate in library management,and puts forward suggestions on how to improve this work.
