Acute Throat Conditions Treated by the Collateral-Puncturing and Bleeding Method

应用患处局部刺络放血法，结合点刺耳尖，治疗急性咽炎、急性充血性扁桃体炎、急性化脓性扁桃体炎和扁桃体周围炎等咽喉急症疗效颇佳，临床证实上述两种方法的结合确实具有通经活络、行血化瘀、泄热解毒、散结消肿。

The therapeutic effect was quite satisfactory in acute throat conditions of acute pharyngitis,acute congestive tonsillitis,acute suppurative tonsillitis and peritonsillitis by application of the collateral-puncturing and bleeding method plus puncture on the ear apex.The clinical results verified that the combined application of the above-mentioned two methods has the functions to unobstruct the meridians and collaterals,circulate blood and disperse stagnation,clarify heat and dissolve toxin,disperse accumulation and eliminate swelling,expel pathogenic factors and harmonize the anti-pathogenic ability.
