摘要
采用反应合成法制备了Ag/SnO2材料,研究了Ag/SnO2材料的强化机制。经SEM分析表明,反应合成法制备的Ag/SnO2材料经过剧烈塑性变形后,类纤维组织逐渐消失,SnO2颗粒逐渐弥散到Ag基体中;反应合成制备的材料的强化机制主要是类纤维强化。
Ag/SnO2 materials were fabricated by reactive synthesis,and the strengthening mechanism was in-vestigated.By analyzing SEM photographs,it is indicated that the fiber-like microstructure of the Ag/SnO2 materials processed by severe plastic deformation vanishes gradually,and the SnO2 particles disperse in the Ag matrix.It is demonstrated that the strengthening mechanism of Ag/SnO2 materials is the fiber-like strengthening mechanism.
