添加镀镍碳纳米管对注射成形FeAl显微组织与性能的影响

摘要 为研究碳纳米管(CNTs)对FeAl金属间化合物的增强增韧作用,采用机械合金化FeAl粉末和注射成形工艺制备出CNTs-FeAl复合材料。研究了化学镀镍处理对CNTs分散性和高温稳定性的影响。结果表明,表面镀镍可以显著改善CNTs在FeAl粉末中的分散性,并有利于减轻CNTs与FeAl基体的高温反应,从而显著提高了注射成形FeAl的抗拉性能。在烧结温度1 230℃、保温105min条件下,制备出了抗拉强度和伸长率分别为430 MPa和4.0%的CNTs-FeAl复合材料。 In order to investigate the effect of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) on the strengthening and toughening of FeAl intermetallics,the CNTs-FeAl composites were fabricated by powder injection molding,using the mechanically alloyed FeAl powder.Electroless plating of nickel onto CNTs was performed,and its effects on the dispersion and high temperature stability of CNTs were examined.The results show that Ni plating improves the dispersion of CNTs in FeAl powder,and helps to reduce the reaction between CNTs and FeAl upon sintering,resulting in significant improvement in the tensile properties of injection molded FeAl.After being sintered at 1 230℃ for 105min,the CNTs-FeAl composite yields a strength of 430 MPa and a percent elongation of 4.0%.
