无铅自润滑铜/铁基层状复合材料设计与研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于多层自润滑复合材料的设计方法,设计出铜/铁基粉末层状自润滑复合材料;进行了铜合金无铅化研究,采用粉末冶金工艺制备出无铅自润滑铜/铁基粉末层状复合材料,研究了其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:无铅自润滑铜/铁基粉末层状复合材料具有较好的自润滑性能,可以替代目前大量使用的含铅铜合金自润滑材料,其研究结果对研发新一代高性能金属基自润滑复合材料有重要参考价值。 Based on design rules for multi-layer self-lubricating composites,a new type of iron and copper(Fe/Cu) alloy based laminar self-lubricating composites were designed.A new lead-free self-lubricating technology of alloy was developed.The self-lubricating laminar Fe/Cu powder composites were prepared by P/M process and their tribological characteristics were studied.The results show that the newly developed composites have better self-lubricating properties and can replace lead-copper alloy widely used in self-lubricating applications,which have important reference value in development of high-performance metal-based self-lubricating composites.
