高等师范院校学生科研能力培养机制探讨

The Way Developing Normal University Students' Academic Competence

科研能力是高等师范院校学生必须具备的能力。由于学校和学生自身方面的原因,导致目前高等师范院校学生科研能力普遍较弱。为培养学生的科研能力,学校应创造良好的科研环境,在师资、资金、设备、场地等方面,为学生进行科研提供相应的支持平台;制定有效的激励政策,调动学生参加科研活动的积极性;建立相应的组织机构,完善评价制度。

Academic competence is the necessary competence for normal university students.The current situation of their academic competence is not favorable.It is proposed to develop a better research environment by offering better teachers,fund,equipment,and lab.Furthermore,an effective incentive policy is also a good solution,which motivates students to do academic research.At last,it also requires organizational institution and evaluation system.
