摘要
目的：研制治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎纯中药制剂。方法：以黄芪、大黄、附子为主药的８味中药制成愈疡灌肠液，并制定了其质量标准。结果与结论：经临床观察验证，使用愈疡液保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎１００例，总有效率为９６％，且复发率较低。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a preparation of pure Chinese herbs for treating chronic ulcerative colitis. METHODS:The preparation of an enema, Yuyangye, takes & Chinese herbs as main ingredients, such as astragalus, rheum officinale, aconiteetc. The quality standard was worked out. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: In a clinical study, 100 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were treated with Yuyangye retention - enema. The total effective rate was 96% and the recurrence rate was low.
