金喉健喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病32例临床观察

Observation of clinical effect of Jinhoujian on children hand foot and mouth disease

目的观察金喉健喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将62例手足口病患儿随机分为2组,治疗组32例予金喉健喷雾剂,每日5次口腔局部加强治疗;对照组30例予淡盐水漱口,以常规口腔护理。2组均以3 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程观察疗效及2组治疗前后退热时间、皮疹消退时间变化。结果治疗组总有效率93%,对照组总有效率90%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组临床疗效接近。治疗组退热时间及皮疹消退时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论金喉健喷雾剂对于小儿手足口病的治疗具有增效作用,特别是在缓解口腔局部症状方面疗效突出。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jinhoujian on children hand foot and mouth disease.Methods 62 cases of children hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by oral administration of children Chiqiaoqingre granule.And treatment group was given oral treatment of local reinforcement of Jinhoujian,five times a day.Control group was given general oral care of Light salt solution.The course was three days in two groups.Fever clearance time and the rash subsided time were observed before and after two courses in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 93% and 90%.There was no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Fever clearance time and the rash subsided time in treatment group was shorter than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Jinhoujian has a synergistic effect for children hand foot and mouth disease,particularly in terms of easing local oral symptoms.
