5-氟尿嘧啶持续静脉输注致多黏膜损伤1例 被引量：1

摘要 5-氟尿嘧啶（5-fluo rouracil,5-FU）是50年代发现的一种有效的广谱抗肿瘤、抗代谢类药物,能抑制胸腺嘧啶核苷酸合成酶,阻断脱氧嘧啶核苷酸转换成胸腺嘧啶核苷酸,干扰脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）合成,对核糖核酸（RNA）的合成也有一定的抑制作用,从而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,有效抑制其增殖。近年来,持续静脉滴注5-FU联合其它化疗药物治疗消化道肿瘤广泛应用于临床,
