摘要
介绍了红外热成像无损检测的原理,分析了主动式红外检测技术中激励光源光谱特性对试验效果的影响,利用CED IP JADE红外热像仪与IR928红外热像仪采集红外图像序列,并以此为基础建立了红外热图像无损检测系统,开发了红外图像序列处理软件系统.试验结果表明,建立的红外无损检测系统及图像序列处理软件系统能达到国外同类技术水平.
Principle of IR thermography non-destructive tesing is introduced.Light source spectral in active infrared detection is analyzed in order to study the influence on the experiment.CEDIP JADE infrared camera and IR928 infrared camera are used to gather image sequences.The NDT system and the software of processing image sequences are established on the basis of these.The experimental results show that the established NDT system and the software system achieve international level.
