宁波行政中心广场地下空间交通组织模式研究

世界经济的发展使城市交通拥堵现象日渐凸显。开发地下空间,发展地下交通成为解决城市交通问题的趋势。国外地下空间交通组织已有一些较为成熟的经验,通过借鉴与学习,对宁波市行政中心广场地下空间开发项目进行交通组织模式研究,梳理其地下车行网络和步行网络,在地下空间进行人车分流。步行网络完成了与地面和公共交通的连接,实现了步行网络的系统化和便捷性。通过地铁出入口两级提升的方式,对地铁客流合理分流,解决了轨道交通客流快速疏散和商业人流聚集的矛盾。合理的地下空间交通组织,不仅形成了令人愉悦的空间意向,更能提高地下空间利用效率,解决城市中心区土地稀缺和交通拥堵的问题。

The world economics development causes the municipal traffic jam seriously day after day.Exploration of the underground space and developing underground traffic becomes a tendency to solve the municipal transportation problem.The overseas underground transportation organization had some matured experience in this field.We used this experience to make scientific research on the developmental item of underground space transportation organization pattern of Ningbo administration center plaza,make clear its underground automobile network and walk network to separate the people from cars.The walk network connects the ground and public transit and turns into a systematic and convenient one.The subway escalator is divided into two levels,in this way,to solve the conflict of fast evacuation of rail transit passenger flow and gathering of business passenger flow.The reasonable organization of underground traffic forms not only a happy space for the people but also raises the efficiency of underground space use to solve the problem of land deficiency and traffic jam in the center of the city.
