深井沿空掘巷小煤柱合理宽度留设数值模拟研究 被引量:50

摘要 窄煤柱沿空掘巷是提高煤炭采出率的有效方法之一,本文通过数值计算方法,研究了沿空掘巷不同煤柱宽度和巷道支护强度时煤柱的应力场和位移场,提出沿空掘巷小煤柱的合理宽度的留设方法。研究结果表明:巷道掘进期间,煤柱较窄时,煤柱内中心位置承受的最大垂直应力随煤柱宽度增加变化较大,当煤柱宽度达到5 m后,增大煤柱宽度,最大垂直应力变化已不明显,平均应力有所降低;采动影响阶段,煤柱内中心位置承受的最大垂直应力随煤柱宽度增大而提高;当煤柱宽度在3~7 m时,高支护强度对控制围岩变形效果更好。建议沿空掘巷煤柱的合理宽度留设标准:软煤5~7 m,硬煤3~5 m。将本成果应用于现场实践,取得了良好的技术经济效果,具有很好的应用推广价值。 Narrow coal pillar driving along Goaf is one of the effective method to increase the recovery rate of coal.The stress and displacement under different coal pillar width and roadway support were studied,the distribution characteristics of pillar stress and displacement field,and a reasonable pillar width of roadway driving along goaf was proposed.The maximum stress in the coal pillar increased with the increasing of coal pillar width during coal roadway excavation,this increasing was already not obvious after the width reached 5m.The maximum vertical stress in coal pillar increased with the increasing of coal pillar width during coal excavation.the effects of high support strength to control the roadway deformation are better when the coal pillar width in 3 m ~ 7 m.the reasonable pillar width of roadway driving along goaf is 5~7 m for weak coal and 3~5 m for hard coal.These results applied to engineering practice,and achieved good technical and economic effect.It can be widely used in mining engineering.
