椒葛软胶囊中葛根素溶出度的研究

Study on dissolution rate of puerarin in Jiaoge Soft Capsules

目的建立椒葛软胶囊中葛根素的体外溶出度测定方法。方法以含体积分数1.67%吐温20的900 mL人工胃液为溶出介质,转速为100 r·min-1;采用HPLC法测定椒葛软胶囊中葛根素的溶出度。结果在60 min时,椒葛软胶囊中葛根素溶出度均大于标示量的70%。结论该法测定椒葛软胶囊中葛根素的溶出度,稳定可靠,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective To establish a method for determining dissolution rate of puerarin in Jiaoge Soft Capsules in vitro.Method The artificial gastric juice containing 1.67%（volume fraction） Tween 20 was used as the dissolution medium and 100 r·min-1 as rate of rotation.HPLC was used to determine puerarin＇s content.Result At 60 min,the dissolution rate of puerarin was higher than 70% of labelled amount in Jiaoge Soft Capsules.Conclusion This method was steady,and suitable for the test of the dissolution of puerarin in Jiaoge Soft Capsules.
