生酮饮食对26例癫痫患儿血浆丙戊酸浓度的影响及疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究生酮饮食对癫痫患儿丙戊酸血浓度的影响及其疗效。方法监测26例难治性癫痫患儿接受生酮饮食治疗前及治疗3个月期间的丙戊酸血浓度以及服药剂量、体重变化等,观察血药浓度的变化及发作控制情况。结果 26例患儿中,3例完全控制发作,5例发作减少50%以上,17例患儿发作无明显变化,1例发作加重。丙戊酸血浓度在治疗前后未发生显著改变(P>0.05)。结论生酮饮食对丙戊酸血药浓度无显著影响,对难治性癫痫有一定疗效。 Objective To investigate the influence of the ketogenic diet on plasma concentrations of valproic acid. Methods The plasma levels of valproic acid were determined immediately before initiating the ketogenic diet and during the treatment of 3 months. The weight of body and the doses of valproic acid were monitored. Results There was no significant changes of total plasma concentration of valproic acid before and during the diet in 26 children with medically refractory epilepsy. Conclusion The ketogenic diet does not change the plasma concentrations of valproic acid and can be used as alternative treatment for children with medically intractable epilepsy.
