多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在牙齿正畸中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在牙齿正畸中的临床应用价值。方法 54例牙齿正畸患者行螺旋CT扫描,层厚2mm,薄层重建后,采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)及曲面重建(CPR),并联合运用横轴面图像进行术前诊断。结果应用多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术能清晰地显示牙齿畸形,尤其对颌骨内埋伏阻生牙的数目、形态、唇鄂侧位置及与邻牙关系,54例牙齿畸形患者术前与术后诊断一致,均得到有效的治疗。结论运用多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在牙齿正畸中有重要的临床应用价值,可作为牙齿正畸治疗的重要手段。 Objective To discuss the applied value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT) scaning and CT 3D reconstruction technique for the dental orthopaedics.Methods The MSCT was performed with 2.0 mm slice thickness and 1.0 pitch in 54 patient with dental orthopedics.the 3D reconstruction including maximum intensity projection(MIP),mulitplanar reconstruction(MPR) and cureplanar reconstruction(CPR) were made for all the cases after thin slice reconstruction.Results The reconstruction images could clearly show dental orthopedics,especially embedded supernumerary teeth,it could show the dental surface image including crown,root,neck and root bifurcation,labial or palatal location,eruption orientation and relation with dentition in anterior maxilla.54 cases of preoperative and postoperative teeth deformity patients were confirmed effectively,and it were consistent with the treatment.Conclusion MSCT scanning and 3D reconstruction have an important clinical value,MSCT can be used as an important examination technique before orthodontic treatment.
