城郊农民集中居住区移民社区归属感研究

On the Immigrants' Community Attachment in Suburban Farmers' Concentration Residence

通过对江苏农民集中居住区新移民的抽样调查表明,总体上,移民的社区归属感主要取决于移民社会适应能力、社区居住条件、社区邻里关系以及移民社会交往能力等因素。同时,移民的社区归属感还存在一定的个体差异。因此,需要提高移民社会适应能力,改善社区居住条件,增进社区邻里关系,拓展移民社会网络。

Based on the questionnaire for the immigrants in farmers＇ concentration residence,the paper draws a concentrated that on the whole the immigrants＇ community attachment depends on the immigrants＇ social adaptation,the residence condition in the community,the neighborhood relation in the community,and the immigrants＇ social interaction,etc.Also,there is an individual difference in the immigrants＇ community attachment.So,it is necessary to enhance the ability of immigrants＇ social adaptation,improve their residence conditions,promote the neighborhood relationship in local community,and expand the immigrants＇ social networks.
