艾司西酞普兰合用匹维溴胺治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察艾司西酞普兰合用匹维溴胺治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:128例IBS患者,随机分为对照组30例及治疗组98例。对照组采用匹维溴胺治疗,50mg/次,3次/天;治疗组在此基础上服用艾司西酞普兰,10mg/次,1次/天。治疗8周后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗8周后治疗组症状改善总有效率(94.90%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。结论:艾司西酞普兰合用匹维溴胺治疗IBS有较好疗效。
