稀释剂含量对光固化纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料机械性能的影响 被引量:2

The effect of diluent content on mechanical properties of light-cured nano-hydroxyapatite composite

摘要 目的比较不同含量稀释剂对新型光固化纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料机械性能的影响。方法按照双酚A-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(B is-GMA)与双甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯(TEGDMA)的质量比8∶2、7∶3、6∶4合成三份树脂基质,然后与经过KH-570表面处理后的纳米羟基磷灰石按质量比为45∶55共混,制备成3组光固化纳米羟基磷灰石复合树脂,分别记为A组、B组、C组,A2型卡瑞斯玛复合树脂为对照组记为D组,每组制作5个试件,测定各组固化深度、抗压强度和挠曲强度,用方差分析比较其差异。结果随着稀释剂比例的增加,实验组的固化深度变化不明显,与对照组有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组压缩强度与挠曲强度均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,其中B组的抗压强度和挠曲强度均与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论树脂基质B is-GMA与稀释剂TEGDMA的质量比为7∶3时,新型光固化纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料机械性能较佳,固化深度能够达到国际标准。 Objective To compare the effect of different content diluent on mechanical properties of new light-cured nano-hydroxyapatite(NHA)composite.Method This experiment composed three portions resin matrix according to the quality of 8∶2,7∶3,6∶4 with Bis-GMA and TEGDMA.And they were mixed with NHA processed by KH-570 in the ratio of 45∶55,Then three groups(A,B,and C)of light-cured NHA composites were prepared.Karuisima composite resin was used as control group D.Made 5 specimens of each group,and measured curing depth,compressive strength and flexural strength.The differences were compared with the analysis of variance.Results As the ratio of diluent increased,there was not obvious alteration of cured depth in experiment groups,and there were significant differences with control group(P0.05).While the compressive strength and flexural strength declined after increasd.In group B,there were no significant differences in compressive strength and flexural strength as compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusions The results showed that when the quantity ratio of Bis-GMA and TEGDMA was 7∶3,the new light-cured NHA composite has good qualities in mechanical property,and the curde depth achieved the international standard.
