摘要
目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)及其受体在卵巢正常组织及卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测20例卵巢正常组织、22例卵巢良性肿瘤组织、26例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中TRAIL及其受体的表达。结果正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤中TRAIL表达阳性率分别为15.0%、30.4%、92.3%;TRAIL受体表达阳性率分别为10.0%、26.1%、76.9%。TRAIL及其受体在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中的表达与正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤中的表达比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TRAIL及其受体的异常表达在卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生过程中起一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand(TRAIL)and its receptor in ovarian tumor and ovarian tumor.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of TRAIL and its receptor in 20 samples of ovarian tissue,22 samples of ovarian benign tumor,and 26 samples of the ovarian cancer.Results The TRAIL expression rate in normal ovarian,ovarian benign tumor and ovarian cancer was respectively 15.0%,30.4%,92.3%.The TRAIL-R expression rate in normal ovarian,ovarian benign tumor and ovarian cancer was respectively 10.0%,26.1%,76.9%.The expressions of TRAIL and TRAIL-R in ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in ovarian tissue and benign tumor(P0.01).Conclusion The upregulation of TRAIL and TRAIL-R played a possible functional role in ovarian carcinogenesis.
