氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛用于小儿腺样体切除术的临床观察

Clinical observations on flurbiprofen axetil's preemptive analgesia in children undergoing adenoidectomy

目的:观察氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛用于小儿腺样体切除术的镇痛效果及安全性。方法:择期行腺样体切除术小儿90例,随机分为3组,每组30例。A组术后静脉注射生理盐水5 mL、B组术后立即静脉注射氟比洛芬酯,C组术前15 min静脉注射氟比洛芬酯。观察术后1、2、4、8、12、24 h疼痛评分,凝血功能障碍、恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结果:C组、B组术后各时点疼痛评分明显低于A组,C组也明显低于B组(P<0.05)。3组术后恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛较术后应用更能有效减轻腺样体切除术患儿术后急性疼痛,且无明显不良反应,可安全用于小儿术后镇痛。

Objective：To investigate the safety and efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil＇s preemptive analgesia in children undergoing adenoidectomy.Method：Ninety children undergoing adenoidectomy were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in each.Patients in group A received 5 mL physiological saline as control.Patients in group B received the flurbiprofen axetil after surgery.Patients in group C received same dosage before surgery.Pain scores,coagulation disfunction,nausea and vomiting were observed at 1,2,4,8,12,24 h after operation.Results：Pain scores in group A at all time points were significantly higher than those in group B and in group C（P0.05）.Pain scores in group B at all time points were significantly higher than those in group C（P0.05）.There were no difference in the incidence of coagulation disfunction,postoperative nausea and vomiting among three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Flurbiprofen axetil could offer preemptive analgesia in children undergoing adenoidectomy effectively and safely.
