自制腹股沟管穿刺针在单孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术中的应用

The application of homemade groin needle in high ligation of hernial sac of inguinal hernia in child patients by single hole laparoscopic surgery

目的:总结自制腹股沟管穿刺针行单孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝的疗效。方法:选择在我院外科住院的180例小儿腹股沟疝病人(≤12岁)用自制腹股沟管穿刺针行单孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎。结果:本组180例患儿均成功完成手术,手术时间10～30 m in,平均20 m in,无并发症。180例随访2～12个月,平均9个月,无1例复发。结论:自制腹股沟管穿刺针行单孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎,创伤小、操作简便、不破坏腹股沟管后壁的完整结构、不损伤精索蔓状静脉丛,适应性广,能有效减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To study the efficacy of homemade groin needle in high ligation of hernial sac of inguinal hernia in child patients by single hole laparoscopic surgery.Methods：To operate on 180 children（below 12 years old） who were in Dayu People＇s Hospital from Dec.2006 to Oct.2010.Results：The operations were successfully accomplished in all the 180 cases.The operation time was 10~30 min（mean,20min）.No complications occured.Follow-up for 2~12 months（mean,9 months）in the 180 cases found no recurrence.Conclusion：The single hole laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac using homemade groin needle gives advantages of minimal invasion,simplicity of performance,and it will not damage the posterior of the groin and the spermatic plexiform venous plexus.The operation is adapted widely,and it can reduce complications effectively.
