摘要
基于油气润滑技术的工作机理,通过耗油量和给油周期计算,系统优化调整来设定运行参数,优化的给油周期是80s,确保了油气润滑技术在济钢4300mm产线热矫直机支撑辊轴承上的成功应用,达到了良好的润滑效果,无润滑油泄露及轴承损坏现象。
Based on the working principle of the oil-air lubrication technology,through oil consumption and lubrication cycle counting,system optimization and adjustment to set the operation parameters,the adjusted and optimized lubrication cycle was 80 s.This paper mainly introduces how to insure successful application of the oil-air lubrication technology in the 4 300 mm hot leveler back-up roller bearing of Jinan Steel,and achieving good lubrication effect,with no leakage of lubrication oil and no bearing failure.
