摘要
实验室试验了含不同碳酸盐和碳化物的20组LF发泡剂的发泡效果。结果表明,熔渣发泡高度在2~4min时达到最大值;CaCO3与MgCO3的最佳摩尔比为3:1;碳酸盐与CaC2的最佳摩尔比为7:1;适量的CaCl2、NaCl能显著改善发泡剂发泡性能。优化的最佳发泡剂质量分数为:CaCO357.06%、MgCO315.98%、CaC26.96%、CaCl210%、NaCl10%。对比试验表明,无论是实验室基渣,还是现场LF渣,优化的发泡剂发泡效果都明显好于现场发泡剂。
It was made that Laboratory Experimental Study on the foaming effects of twenty group LF foaming agents with different carbonate and carbide.The results showed that,the maximum height of foaming slag is in 2 to 4 minutes,the best molar ratios of CaCO3 to MgCO3 and carbonate to CaC2 are respectively 3:1 and 7:1,and appropriate amount of CaCl2 and NaCl can improve the foaming performance.The optimal mass fractions of foaming agent are as follows:CaCO3 57.06%,MgCO3 15.98%,CaC2 6.96%,CaCl2 10% and NaCl 10%.Comparison test showed that no matter use laboratory slag,or LF refining slag,the optimal foaming agent had better effects than original foaming agent.
