济钢第6降压站电能质量分析及综合治理

摘要 由于大量冲击负荷的存在,造成了济钢第6降压站电能质量严重下降。测试表明,3号主变压器35kV母线电压波动达到了6.188%,远超过国标要求的2%允许值;2~7次谐波电流较大(7.22~12.56A),功率因数仅为0.5,三相电压不平衡度达2.17%。经分析论证,选用TCR型SVC作为系统无功补偿装置,计算确定的补充功率为30MVA。加装SVC后,系统的电能质量明显改善,35kV母线三相电压不平衡度<1.3%,功率因数≥0.95,电压波动和闪变符合国家标准要求。 Because of many impact loads,the quality of electric energy supply in Jinan Steel's No.6 transformer station deduced importantly.Test results showed 35 kV bus voltage fluctuation reach 6.188%,out the national standard requirement 2% far away,the harmonic current of second order to seventh order is bigger,the value is between 7.22 to 12.56 A,the power factor is only 0.5,and the unbalance value of three phase voltages arrive 2.17%.Through detail analysis and argumentation,we selected TCR type SVC as the reactive power compensation device of the system.The compensation reactive power calculated is 30 MVA.After installing the SVC,the quality of electric energy supply was improved obviously,the unbalance value of three phase voltages of 35 kV bus was lower than 1.3%,the power factor was more than 0.95 and the voltage fluctuation and flash met the requirement of national standard.
