Let μM,D be a self-affine measure associated with an expanding integer matrix M∈Mn（Z） and a finite subset DZn.In the present paper it proved certain relation between μM,D orthogonality and compatible pair when it has ｜detM｜=6,by using the structure of roots of unity and the standard decomposition.
