摘要
水资源承载力综合评价需综合考虑各指标的属性,利用单指标评价常常具有独立性和不相容性。在将其视为灰色的基础上,由计算各样本的灰色关联度来确定其优劣。同时,引入信息熵理论,运用熵值法来确实评价指标的权重,从而解决了权重计算困难的问题。运用建立的基于熵权和灰色关联度的水资源承载力综合评价模型,通过在新疆水资源综合评价中的应用,表明该模型计算简便,结果客观可靠。
It is necessary to take into account attributive characters of various indexes in evaluation of water resources bearing capacity in a comprehensive way and the evaluation by using individual indexes is often characterized by independence and non-compatibility.Based on taking it as grey,its advantage and disadvantage can be determined by calculating grey correlation of various samples.Meanwhile,the entropy value method can be applied to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes by introducing information entropy theory so that the difficulty problem of weight calculation could be solved.The comprehensive evaluation model of water resources bearing capacity which is established on the basis of entropy weight and grey correlation has proved after its application to comprehensive evaluation of water resources bearing capacity in Xinjiang that the model is simple in calculation and the results are objective and reliable.
