欧美杨AS-AQ浆二氧化氯漂白中不同漂白助剂对漂白效果的影响

摘要 本文分别以欧美杨AS-AQ浆为研究对象,探讨添加过氧化氢、二甲基亚砜、氨基磺酸、葡萄糖等四种助剂,对减少二氧化氯漂白用氯量起到的作用。研究结果表明:当用氯量为1.0%时,各种助剂的最佳用量为,过氧化氢0.4%~0.6%、二甲基亚砜1.0%、氨基磺酸1.0%、葡萄糖1.0%;当四种助剂用量相同时,添加过氧化氢的纸浆性质最好,二甲基亚砜的最差;对后续DEPP漂白,未添加助剂的用氯量为1.4%时,添加助剂过氧化氢、二甲基亚砜、氨基磺酸、葡萄糖可节约用氯量分别为:0.2%、0.6%、0.6%、0.1%,其中添加过氧化氢和葡萄糖比对照浆的白度略高,添加二甲基亚砜和氨基磺酸比对照浆白度低1%ISO左右。 Regard AS-AQ pulp of Populus×Euramericana as research object,the paper mainly discusses how to make a decrease in chlorine usage during chlorine dioxide bleaching with the help of adding hydrogen peroxide,dimethyl sulfoxide,sulfaminic acid and glucose.It is shown that when chlorine usage is 1.0%,the best additive dosage are 0.4%~0.6% of hydrogen peroxide,1% of dimethyl sulfoxide,sulfaminic acid or glucose.At the same additives' usage,the results indicate the best additive is hydrogen peroxide,which results in best pulp properties,the worst additive is dimethyl sulfoxide.For DEPP bleaching,when chlorine usage is 1.4% without any additive,adding these additives,hydrogen peroxide,dimethyl sulfoxide,sulfaminic acid and glucose,can reduce chlorine usage 0.2%,0.6%,0.6% and 0.1% respectively.What's more,the brightnesses of pulps of adding hydrogen peroxide and glucose are higher than that of control pulp,the brightnesses of pulps of adding dimethyl sulfoxide and sulfaminic are lower than that of control pulp.
