废纸浆和原浆的高温干燥对传热速率和纸页性质的影响

摘要 本文介绍了国外废纸浆纸页和原浆纸页利用新开发的燃气高温烘缸在高温干燥时对传热速率和纸页性质影响的研究。结果认为安装燃气高温烘缸后对干燥速率有所提高,对干燥后纸页的强度性质没有影响,但会有一定的卷曲倾向,要保证卷曲不增加和提供卷曲控制,至少要安装两个高温干燥器。 The studies of the effect of high temperature drying on heat transfer rates and paper properties of both virgin and recycled pulps with new gas-fired dryers are introduced in this paper.The results show that the gas-fired dryer can provide internal shell temperatures in excess of 200℃,which significantly increases the drying rate,and has no problems about the dried paper strength.But the sheet curl was found in this studies.If we want to control the sheet curl,at least two high temperature gas-fired dryers must be set.
