羧甲基纤维素钠制备羧甲基纤维素锂的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为原料,经过酸化反应和中和反应后制备出羧甲基纤维素锂(CMC-Li)。根据锂离子原子吸收,研究了影响制备羧甲基纤维素锂的因素,研究结果表明:最佳的反应温度为35℃;最佳的酸化时间为10min;在本文的研究范围内,2g的CMC-Na与12%氢氧化锂溶液反应的最佳量为3mL。通过FT-IR表征样品的结构,表明本文所制备出的样品为羧甲基纤维素锂。 Sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC-Na),as raw material,was transformed into lithium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC-Li)after acidification and neutralization.According to the atomic absorption intensity of lithium ion,the influences on the preparation of CMC-Li were discussed.The results indicated that the optimum conditions were reaction temperature at 35℃ and 10min acidification time;when added 3mL 12%(wt∶wt) LiOH aqueous solution,the Li ion content of CMC-Li was 0.7215 mg/L,that was equivalent to 0.23 DS of —COOLi.By compairing with FT-IR of CMC-Na,CMC-H and CMC-Li,syntheses of CMC-Li was testified in this experiment.
