休闲期覆盖下施氮量对旱地小麦籽粒蛋白质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用大田试验研究了休闲期不同覆盖条件下施氮量对旱地小麦籽粒蛋白质形成的影响,从而通过改革耕作技术,达到提高旱地小麦品质的目的。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,籽粒蛋白质含量在地膜覆盖和纸覆盖条件下显著增加;籽粒GMP含量的峰值随施氮量的增加而增加。结果还表明,3个不同施氮水平,在灌浆后期籽粒游离氨基酸和蛋白质含量以地膜覆盖最高;籽粒蛋白质产量均表现为地膜覆盖〉纸覆盖〉不覆盖〉尼龙网覆盖,且处理之间差异显著。施氮量可较大地调控籽粒游离氨基酸、花后25-37 d籽粒GMP含量、籽粒灌浆后期籽粒蛋白质含量对不同覆盖材料的响应。总之,休闲期采用地膜覆盖,施氮量为150 kg.hm-2可获得较高的籽粒蛋白质含量及产量。 Field test was carried out to study the effect of N application amount on grain protein formation in wheat with different coverings under dryland condition in leisure period,thus through the farming technique reformation to improveing dryland wheat quality.The results showed that with the increasing of nitrogen application amount,the grain protein content(GPC) significantly increased in the treatment of film covering and paper covering;the peak of the grain GMP content with nitrogen level increased.The results also indicated that under different nitrogen application amounts,the free amino acid content and GPC at later filling stage in the treatment of film covering were highest among the different coverings and the grain protein yield in different treatments of covering was Film Paper CK Nylon nets.The regulation of higher nitrogen application amount to the effect of different coverings on the free amino acid content,the grain GMP content at 25~37 days after anthesis,the GPC at later filling stage were greater than that of lower nitrogen application amount.In all,under the condition of the film covering in leisure period,the content and yield of grain protein in wheat would be higher for 150 kg·hm-2 nitrogen application.
