摘要
本文以秦山310MWe机组燃料组件为例,从燃料组件的结构、材料和运行工况出发,分析了燃料组件在反应堆堆内运行过程中可能产生的破损现象及其机理。并针对其破损机理探讨了燃料组件监督管理的方法与实践,包括燃料组件的制造监督、运行过程破损监测、卸料检查及破损燃料组件修复处理等:同时根据燃料组件的运行经验反馈提出了秦山310MWe机组燃料组件进一步改进的建议。
Based on Qinshan 310 MWe plant fuel assembly, this article analyzed the phenomena and mechanisms of fuel failure in core operation according to fuel assembly structure, material and operating condition, then discussed the fuel management including fuel assembly manufacture supervise, detection of fuel failure during operation, inspection and repair after fuel unloading etc. Also, the suggestion of fuel assembly improvement was put forward according to operation experience feedback on fuel assembly
