3种热带兰感染2种病毒的症状探讨

Symptomatological Studies of Cymbidium Mosaic Virus and Odontoglossum Ringspot Virus Infections on Three Tropical Orchids

建兰花叶病毒(Cymbidium mosaic virus,CymMV)和齿兰环斑病毒(Odontoglossum ringspot virus,ORSV)是危害海南兰花最普遍的2种病毒。CymMV侵染蝴蝶兰后引发黄化斑、坏疽凹陷斑、畸形生长等多种症状;侵染石斛兰引发花叶、黄化斑、全叶黄化或红化、契形坏死、疱状突出等症状;侵染文心兰引发花叶、黄化、坏死、畸形生长等症状。ORSV的症状种类则相对简单,蝴蝶兰上引发环斑、系统性黄化、凹陷坏死、疱状突出等症状;文心兰上主要表现花叶;石斛兰上未检测到ORSV。

Cymbidium mosaic virus（CymMV） and Odontoglossum ringspot virus（ORSV） are two mostcommon and economically important orchid viruses in Hainan.The morphology and symptomatology of CymMV and ORSV are described.Various types of symptoms,i.e.yellow spots,chlorotic mosaic,ringspots with sunken necrotic lines and distorting leaves,have been observed on leaves of CymMV-infected Phalaenopsis;Various types of symptoms,i.e.mosaic,yellow spots,chlorotic mosaic orreddening of all the leaf,necrotic spot and pucker,have been observed on leaves of CymMV-infected Dendrobium;Various types of symptoms,i.e.mosaic,vein chlorosis,have been observed on leaves ofCymMV-infected Oncidium.Symptoms,i.e.ringspot,systemic chlorosis,necrosis,pucker appear on theleaves of ORSV-infected Phalaenopsis,while mosaic appears on the leaves of ORSV-infected Oncidium.ORSV has not been found on the Dendrobium orchid.The morphology and symptomatology of CymMV and ORSV described here may provide a reference for differentiating virus infections on Phalaenopsis,Dendrobium,Oncidium in the field.
