摘要 阐述抗菌肽的基本特点,归纳鸡源抗菌肽的种类、分布及抗菌作用,并在分析鸡源抗菌肽研究现状的基础上,对抗菌肽研究的理论意义和现实意义进行展望。 The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the antibacterial peptides,the species,distribution and antibacterial action of antibacterial peptides of chicken origins are expound.The theoretical and practical significance of research on antibacterial peptides is discussed on the basis of analyzing the situation of research on antibacterial peptides of chicken origins.
