摘要
HXD2X型交流传动电力机车是中国北车集团大同电力机车有限公司(简称:同车公司)通过技术引进、消化吸收后形成的先进、成熟、可靠的交流传动电力机车技术平台。该平台上创造了一种统一的机车总体设计方案,使同车公司的交流传动电力机车的产品从设计到制造都形成了特有的一致性。主要介绍HXD2X型系列机车平台上8轴机车和6轴机车的技术参数和总体布置,并重点介绍了机车总体、牵引电传动系统、辅助系统、制动系统、车体、司机室、控制系统等结构,对HXD2X型系列机车平台的结构进行了详细的说明。同车公司利用平台开发技术,降低了设计和制造成本,提高了其在铁路运输市场上的竞争力。
HXD2X series AC drive electric locomotives constitute an advanced,reliable,mature technical platform for AC drive locomotives,which is formed after bringing-in and assimilating the foreign advanced technologies.The locomotives based on the platform have similar general layout,which leads to the special similarity between HXD2X series locomotives,from design to manufacture.This paper mainly introduces the technical parameters and general layout of locomotives BoBo and CoCo based on the platform,and respectively describes the entire locomotive,traction system,auxiliary system,braking system,carbody,cab,control system,etc.The configuration of HXD2X series locomotives is detailed as well.By using this development platform,DELC has enhanced its competitive power in railway transportation market.
