摘要
分子遗传标记技术在中药材品种鉴别中的应用是中药现代化研究的一个重要方面，它将有助于解决中药鉴定中的一些难题，提高中药鉴定水平。本文回顾国内外中药分子标记鉴定研究的现状，分析了目前分子标记在中药鉴定应用中存在的问题，指出运用高特异性鉴别引物的 Ｐ Ｃ Ｒ 鉴别是一种具有实际应用价值的分子标记鉴别方法。
The application of m olecular genetic m arker to the authentication of Chinesecrude drugs is an im portant aspect of m odern study of Chinese traditional m edicine, and itw ill be helpful to solve som e problem s that encountered in the identification of Chinesem edicinal m aterials. This article review ed the present situation and application of the m olecu lar identification of Chinese m edicinal m aterials and suggested that highly specific P C R iden tification is one of the applicable D N A m olecular identification m ethods for Chinese m edicinalm aterials.
