Application and Discussion of Converter Modules' Chopping Test Methods

基于工作实践,主要介绍了两类适用于生产现场的常用变流器模块斩波试验方法,即持续斩波试验和电容充电斩波试验,并对其优缺点进行了对比分析。着重阐述了电容充电斩波试验中根据产品电路结构特点而采用的两电平模式和三电平模式。

Based on practical experience,this paper introduces two types of converter module＇s chopping test methods recommended for production test,i.e.,continuous chopping test method and capacitor chopping test method,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.It gives special details to 2-level mode and 3-level mode which is adopted according to circuit structure of the converter modules.
