摘要
冷冻干燥技术是医药制剂产品、保健食品的主要生产工艺。合理地设计冻干曲线及保证冻干产品质量是该工艺的研究方向。本文对冷冻干燥中的几个关键工艺要素进行了探索。
Freeze drying technology is the m ain productive technology for drugs andhealth foods. It is a direction of the technological research to design the reasonable freeze drying curves and assure the quality of freeze drying products. This article discussed som ekey technologcal links in freeze drying.
