摘要
采用案例分析、比较分析和逻辑分析等方法,对美国职业赛事转播权出售有关的重要案例进行详细的分析,揭示美国职业体育赛事转播权销售的反托拉斯政策。有鉴于此,如何通过《反垄断法》的调整建立我国职业体育赛事转播市场发展所需要的特殊竞争机制已然成为我们必须面临的一大问题。
Adopting case study,comparative analysis and logical analysis,this paper expatiated on the important cases of American professional sports broadcasting right sales and revealed the anti-trust policy in it.It was hoped to be benefical for the constuction of special mechanism in China for professional sports broadcasting right sales through amendments of Anti-monopoly Law of P.R.C.
