调血脂药物的研究进展

Advances in research on lipid regulating agents

高脂血症是导致动脉粥样硬化性疾病的主要危险因素。目前,对调血脂药物机制研究已深入至分子水平以及信号转导途径部分。对于药物作用机制的认识,不仅为药物的安全使用提供了理论指导,而且对新药的开发及临床试验提供了更成熟的平台。本文就目前临床上正在广泛使用的调血脂药物、临床试验中的新药以及中草药活性成分的研究进展进行综述。

Hyperlipemia is the main risk factor for atherosclerosis.The researches on lipid regulating agents have made great advances in recent years,and have gone deep into the molecular level and the signal transduction pathway.These findings provide not only a theoretical principle for drug safe use,but also a strong platform for the development and clinical trial of new drugs.In this article,the advances in research on the lipid regulating agents,including the agents that have been widely used in the clinic and still tested in preclinical trial and the active constituents of medicinal herbs,are reviewed.
