和谐社区建设中的社区阶层化问题探析

社区阶层关系的和谐是和谐社区建设的重要基础。在社区发育过程中,由于社区成员的分化,社区不同阶层的社会心理、生活方式、文化价值观等不断发生分化,社区内部异质性增加,出现阶层化趋势。这种分化,既是挑战,也是机遇。社区的阶层化趋势能促进社区居民高度自治;有利于社区服务的产业化经营,提高服务水平;还能增强政府扶持的针对性,从而对和谐社区建设起到推动作用并促进整个社会的稳定和发展。
