企业核心能力培育的六因素模型——以中信重工机械股份有限公司为例

A Six-factor Model for Cultivating Core Competences:An Example From CITIC Heavy Machinery CO.,LTD

针对企业核心能力的概念进行了探讨,提出了企业核心能力培育的六因素模型,并以中信重工机械股份有限公司为例进行了阐述。认为企业核心能力是指企业在某一方面所拥有的在世界范围内优于竞争对手的一种能力,有效地培育企业的核心能力应该注意6个方面的因素:确立正确的能力培育方向、实施技术改造和技术创新、吸收外部知识、构建有效的管理系统、培育优秀的企业文化、遵循渐进过程的原则。

In this article,the concept of the core competence of the corporation is discussed. A six-factor model for cultivating core competence is put forward by taking CITIC Heavy Machinery CO.,LTD as an example.Core competence is the corporation＇s competence on a certain aspect which is superior to that of the competitors of all over the world.Six factors should be emphasized for Chinese enterprises to cultivate the core competence.First,the right competence orientation should be found.Second,the technological transformation and innovation should be implemented.Third,external knowledge acquisition is needed.Fourth, a good management system should be established.Fifth,the proper corporate culture should be cultivated.Sixth,Chinese enterprises should make progress in a stepwise manner.
