Technology Analyzing and Countermeasure for Injection Mold Design

主要从注射模零件的选材、模具结构的确定、零件加工、模具维修等几个方面对模具设计的工艺性进行了论述,介绍了注射模设计与工艺性的关系,结合实例分析了工艺性对注射模设计的影响,并提出了相应的对策,对模具设计人员有一定的借鉴作用。

Discussed the technology of designing mold on selecting material for accessory, mold structure’s ascertain, accessory’s machining, maintaining and so on. It introduced the relation between the injection mold design and the plastic forming. It analyzed the effect of plastic forming technology upon mold design with example, and bring forward the countermeasure, and used for reference to mold designer and plastic designer.
