赛庚啶对大鼠胃窦粘膜 G,D细胞的影响

EFFECTS OF CYPROHEPTADINE ON GASTRIN AND SOMATOSTATIN IMMUNOREACTIVE CELLS IN GASTRIC ANTRAL MUCOSA OF RATS

目的 研究赛庚啶（ｃｙｐｒｏｈｅｐｔａｄｉｎｅ，ＣＰＨ）对胃窦粘膜胃泌素和生长抑素免疫反应细胞（Ｇ，Ｄ细胞）的影响，探讨其在抑制胃酸分泌方面的作用。方法 采用免疫细胞化学方法检测经４．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ赛庚啶灌胃后大鼠胃窦粘膜中Ｇ，Ｄ细胞分布及数量上的变化。结果 ＣＰＨ组两种细胞在胃窦粘膜中的分布无明显改变，但其数量均较对照组显著减少（Ｇ细胞：对照组为１８．４２±２．９７，ＣＰＨ组为１１．３８±２．２９，Ｐ＜０．０１；Ｄ细胞：对照组为１４．３６±２．３０，ＣＰＨ组为８．１３±０．８１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 赛庚啶对胃窦粘膜Ｇ，Ｄ细胞均有明显的抑制作用，胃酸减少可能与其它细胞有关。

Objective To study the effects of cyproheptadine (CPH) on gastrin and somatistatin immunoreactive cells(G and D cells) in gastric antral mucosa,exploring the function of CPH on gastric acid secretion.Method Immunocytochemical technique has been used to survey the changes of the distribution and number of G and D cells in gastric antral mucosa of rats with 4.6mgCPH/kg/d in suspending liquid instilled into its stomach.Result There were no difference in the distribution of G and D cells in gastric antral mucosa of the two groups rats,but the number of the two kinds of cells was significantly decrease in CPH group compared with that of the control group.Conclusion CPH has obvious inhibition on the functions of G and D cells in gastric antral mucosa of rats.Reduction of gastric acid may be related to other cells.
