摘要
目的 观察面神经核背内侧区（ＤＭＮＦ）微量注射乙醇对颏舌肌和膈肌活动的影响。方法 用２８只家兔，在ＤＭＮＦ内微量注射０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的乙醇１μｌ，记录颏舌肌和膈肌肌电。结果 颏舌肌和膈肌肌电幅值减小，频率减慢，与前对照相比有显著的统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 乙醇可通过作用于ＤＭＮＦ抑制颏舌肌和膈肌的活动，使颏舌肌和膈肌活动减弱，上呼吸道阻力增加，呼吸功能紊乱，诱发睡眠呼吸暂停综合症。
Objective The activities of genioglossal muscle and phrenic muscle were observed to study the effect of microinjection of ethanol into dorso medial area of nucleus facialis (DMNF).Method The electromyogram(EMG) of genioglossal and phrenic muscle was induced by ethanol (0.1mol/L) injected into DMNF in 28 rabbits.Result The amplitude and frequency of EMG of genioglossal and phrenic muscles was reduced(P<0.01) compared with the control.Conclusion It is suggested that activities of genioglossal and phrenic muscle were inhibited by microinjection of ethanol into DMNF.
