硅力敏传感器测量液体表面张力系数和液膜受力分析 被引量:10

摘要 利用计算机实时监测硅力敏传感器输出的电压信号,提高了测量的精确度和科学性。用硅力敏传感器和计算机实时监测水的表面张力系数为7.410×10-2 N/m,记录了吊环的受力情况,分析了电压曲线变化的原因。对实验过程中出现的自升现象进行了分析,自升现象的出现使得液膜变薄、液膜的重力可以忽略不计,使测量结果误差较小。通过对整个拉脱过程的受力分析,使学生更深入地理解了拉脱法和表面张力的深刻内涵。 The voltage signal of Si-resistance-strain force sensor was input the computer,and the precision and scientificalness of liquid surface tension coefficient apparatus was improved by using the computer real-time monitoring voltage signal.Surface tension coefficient of water was 7.410×10-2N/m,and the voltage curves were analyzed according to the force of ringlike slice.Auto-rising phenomenon was found in the experimental process,and the study showed that the measurement error was more less when auto-rising phenomenon happened,because liquid film would be thinner for auto-rising phenomenon and the gravity of liquid film was negligible.The students could grasp the connotation of pull-apart method and surface tension according to force analysis of pull-apart process.
