Study on building three platforms system for fermentation engineering experiment

发酵工程是现代生物技术的重要组成部分,发酵工程实验教学应突出应用性和实践性。根据武汉生物工程学院的实践教学经验,构建了一个基于三大平台的发酵工程实验教学新体系,即以基础性实验平台、综合性实验平台和设计性实验平台为核心的实践体系。新实验体系充分调动了学生的积极主动性,训练了团队协作精神,取得了良好的教学效果。

The fermentation engineering is an important constituent of modern biotechnology.Its experimental teaching should highlight the utility and the practicality.According to the authors＇ practical teaching experience in Wuhan Bioengineering Institute over the years,an experiment teaching system with three platforms is built.The three platforms are basic experiment platform,comprehensive experiment platform and designing experiment platform.It is proved that the new experimental teaching system can inspire the students＇ initiative and train the spirit of team cooperation of the students.The teaching effect is improved markedly.
